Perfect for Family Celebrations
The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming making it feel like home right away and the outdoor heated pool was a real hit with everyone especially the kids who couldn't get enough of it in December
It was pricey but honestly worth it for the experience we had

There's a unique charm to the Red Lion Inn, especially with the cozy bar and lovely atmosphere. However, some service aspects were lacking, like slow response times and mix-ups with orders. The room was nice but showed signs of age, needing some attention.

Charming Stay with Character and Space
Our family of four enjoyed a three-night stay in a spacious Deluxe Twin Room. The quaint atmosphere offered plenty of unique details. We loved the nearby rustic dining options and suggest trying the breakfast spot down the street. Requesting housekeeping early is advisable for a tidier experience!

The Red Lion Inn has some charming aspects, especially the historic decor that adds a unique character. I loved the antique touches throughout, giving the hotel a quaint feel. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, even on chilly nights. Staff members were consistently friendly and attentive, which made a difference. However, the downside included inconsistent hot water in my room, taking several minutes to warm up, which was frustrating during my stay. Parking was somewhat confusing, especially during busy times. Although the food options were diverse and generally well-prepared, I found the prices to be on the higher end. This couldn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience, but these issues were worth noting.

We had a fantastic family experience at this historic inn! The charm of the old building really brought our stay to life. Browsing the nearby shops and visiting the Norman Rockwell Museum was a delightful way to spend our time. Breakfast was a treat, and the rooms were spacious and cozy.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could have used some modern touches, as the hot water took quite a while to heat up. It would be great if the hotel could improve bathroom amenities for families.
